No, Lamibo currently does not charge booking fees. The payment for service occurs directly with the business providing the service. Please note, applicable local taxes may or may not be included in displayed fees.
When a client submits a booking request for an appointment, Lamibo sends the practitioner/business a notification for confirmation. As soon as the practitioner/business confirms or declines a booking request, a notification will be sent to the client.
To cancel a “confirmed” appointment, you must contact the business directly. Please note that each business will have their own cancellation policy. You can, however, cancel a “pending” appointment at any time and the appointment listing will reappear as available for others to book.

No, Lamibo currently does not integrate with other booking systems. Practitioners and designated booking contacts post and manage all booking requests. Clients may be entered into individual business booking systems once their appointment is confirmed.
The business directory is searchable by practitioner and business users. Information displayed includes the business logo, name and location. The business address is used to display and pin the location of the appointment on the map. Business owners/managers can edit/update the profile of their claimed business.
Business users can submit Claim Business Requests. If approved, the business user gains access to the business profile to edit/update it as the business owner/manager or a verified administrator. If you think your business has been mistakenly claimed, please submit a request for access to be removed.
Practitioner or business users have the ability to add a business to the directory. This enables practitioners to link their personal profile to that business profile. When adding a business to the directory, it is important to make sure that the location data is entered correctly so the location of the available appointment shows up correctly. Business users that claim a business may edit/update that business profile including the location data.
